Return and Refund Policy

We were the first to apply the warranty to manufacturing defects to purchase from abroad and we are still trying to develop that in order to satisfy our customer’s needs, the replacement system to manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months is valid for all Hatly products available in our warehouse or that are imported to the customer with preorder request, in order to fil your experience with all the elements of safety.

In the event that the customer complains about the existence of manufacturing defects within the warranty period, the device shall be received from the customer by one of the following methods:

Shipping the item back through Aramex or a personal interview with us then the device would be examined inside our technical support center with our technicians, and in case it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect, the product would be replaced or the amount returned, in case there is no manufacturing defect, the item will be returned to the customer through the same method.

We in Hatly have the most qualified maintenance technicians and we promise to provide all spare parts for all devices in Hatly, we provide all hardware maintenance they need without referring to any other maintenance center Just contact us, and the device will be fully examined, the spare parts will be determined and the action will be taken as soon as possible.

Hatly store will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of  Egypt.
